No trading company in the middle, no showroom rent folded into your quote. Our own facility handles cutting, banding, finishing and packing — which is why we can hold both the price and the quality.
A short walkthrough of the production line: panel storage, CNC cutting, edge banding, assembly, finishing and packing.

Five stages, all under one roof. Knowing where your panels are is the difference between a four-week job and a four-month one.
CNC cutting from the approved drawing file. Every panel is labelled with its unit number and position, so nothing gets mixed between rooms or between units in a multi-unit order.
ABS edging applied to all four sides of every visible panel, with sealed cut edges on wet-zone carcasses. This is where cheap furniture fails first — the tape lifts and moisture gets in.
Units pre-assembled for a test fit, hardware positions drilled and checked, hinge and runner adjustment verified before anything is packed.
Water-based lacquers, veneer and laminate pressed in-house. Doors and panels from the same order are finished in the same batch so the tone matches across the whole room.
Export-grade crating with foam corner protection and moisture barrier. Panels are numbered to the installation drawing, and multi-room orders are packed room by room so the fitter opens one crate at a time.
A panel can look perfect and still be wrong: a millimetre off on a diagonal, a hinge bored on the wrong face, a finish that yellows under daylight. The checklist exists to catch those before the crate is sealed, not after it lands on another continent.
Dimensional accuracy · edge adhesion · hinge and runner function · colour match across doors · hardware count · photo record of the packed order.
Freight is where most cross-border furniture orders go wrong. Ours is planned before production, not after.
Sea freight for full orders — cheaper per cubic metre, six to eight weeks door to door depending on route. Air freight for sample panels, replacement parts or tight deadlines.
Multi-room and multi-unit orders are consolidated into shared crates to reduce the freight cost per unit and the number of boxes you have to account for on site.
Every shipment is insured and tracked door to door. If something arrives damaged, photos within 7 days start a replacement, not an argument.
Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are declared accurately on every shipment. Ask us before ordering and we'll tell you what your country typically charges, so there are no surprises at the port.
Board grades, formaldehyde limits and labelling requirements differ by country. Tell us where the order is going and we'll confirm which certificates apply and supply the paperwork with the shipment.
Board grades, freight routes, lead times, installation — send the question and a real person answers, usually within one business day.
